Company Website Redesign
In this project, I gathered and translated business requirements into guidelines for the UX designer and content writer. I collaborated with the UX designer to develop the quote-to-buy workflow and design various web pages.
Residents App
In this project, I contributed to the design of many workflows. I leveraged multiple approaches to inform UX design, including customer journey mapping, workflow diagrams, and analytics tools. Additionally, I led ideation and feedback workshops, collaborating closely with UX designers to enhance the user experience.
E-Commerce Website Design
In this project, I first created the information architecture and wireframe to structure the website’s content layout. I created the product selling points and led a photoshoot to produce high-quality marketing assets. Finally, I collaborated with a UX designer and content writer to finalize the web design and content, ensuring a polished and user-friendly shopping experience.
